Jr Elite:

Jr Elite is our entry level  In House AAU Team.  This is the perfect program for an athlete that wants to pursue advanced gymnasts without the full time commitment of all the hours!  This team competes once a year at our home meet The Lucky Charm Invitational. Gymnasts will work on advancded skills, technique, and dance, as well as learn a competition routine on all 4 events.

Training for Jr Elite is once a week for 2 hours. Gymnasts are typically between the ages of 6-13.  AAU membership is required.  Team leo required.

Sr Elite:

Sr Elite is our traveling AAU Team.  This is the perfect program for an athlete that wants to challenge themselves with more competition in advanced gymnasts without the full time commitment of all the hours!  This team competes 3 times a year, and also provides an option to attend the NC AAU State Championship!  Gymnasts will work on advancded skills, technique, and dance, as well as learn a competition routine on all 4 events.

Training for Sr Elite is twice a week for 2 hours. Gymnasts are typically between the ages of 6-18.  AAU membership is required.  Team leo required.
